At my home, I have a small backyard, but also a very walkable neighborhood to get the pup some more exercise.

A typical day
The daily activities really depend on the animal and what they enjoy! I've watched pups that enjoy lots of activity and others that are more comfortable with hanging out and cuddling, I'm up for whatever makes the dog happy. I've taken dogs on walks, hikes, to dog parks, on dog play dates, and outside to run around and play.

I've taken care of pets for about 10 years, with friends and family often entrusting me with their animals and homes in their absence. I have taken care of adult dogs, puppies, elderly dogs, dogs needing medication, and cats. With proper instruction, I am confident I could care for other animals as well! When I look after animals, I am always in communication with the owners to make sure everyone feels comfortable during the stay. When I'm looking after homes, I am happy to provide any help around the house - watering plants, lawncare, snow shoveling, etc. I

Darrin did a great job sitting my high energy pup. He followed all the instructions for routine, medicine, food etc and I came home to a happy dog and cleaner house than I left. I got routine updates and he even helped me fix the water pressure in my kitchen sink. Wonderful dog and house sitter, I would use his services again.
Darrin was great! He was communicative, sent photos, and was very easy to work with. He stayed at our home and took great care of our two dogs and cat, one of which had activity restrictions due to surgery. It was our first time having someone house sit and we felt very comfortable with him!

We miss Darrin! He watched our two dogs and house in Philadelphia many times before he moved to Colorado. We have a really shy dog and Darrin bonded with him which was a huge relief. He was really flexible with our changing schedules and always communicative. Our house was cared for, plants watered, and dogs were always happy and playing. It was always nice to know everything was in order while we were away and we didn't have to worry about anything. Couldn't ask for more.
