I live a fairly active lifestyle, so we are out and about every day for a nice long walk. We love to walk down along the river weather permitting, and we go to Exmouth a couple of times a week for a good run on the beach. We also like to chill in town at a few dog friendly cafes, where they get lots of fuss, so of course your dog would be with us.

I live in a basement flat with direct access to a large, secure, enclosed garden that they access to all day. The garden is surrounded on all sides by a 7ft high solid brick wall that is escape proof, perfect for the dogs to free roam and play in complete safety at their leisure. I also live 50 metres from Belmont Park which we visit several times a day. The park is perfect for dogs to socialise as we have a large group of local dog walkers.

I understand that a lot of dogs have great recall when with their own owner, however I wont ever risk your pets safety, so I use a 10 metre long line or extendable lead when in the park to give your pet as much freedom to roam as possible but under complete control and in total safety. For boarders, I will insist on a meet & greet prior to the booking. It’s for the owners benifit to ensure they are happy with where their pet will be staying. I like to meet in the park on neutral ground, then walk the short distance to my house so the owner can see the garden. Bookings: Due to a spate of fake bookings from blank profiles, unresponsive owners, and owners making multiple bookings with numerous other sitters, I unfortunately can now only accept bookings from bio’s with a full dog profile, and the booking needs to be confirmed as soon as I accept. My boy loves a good run and nice long walk, my local park is Belmont Park which is right behind my home, so we visit several times a day.We visit Exmouth beach once a week for a run on the sand, any dog I am looking after will come with us also. We also love a walk along the river, weather permitting, and we often pop into town to a few dog friendly cafes, so again any dog I am looking after will be with us. I am very aware of different dogs needs, so I never let anyones dog off lead, and I am also aware anxious dogs need to be kept calm and not overwhelmed.

Archie had a really nice time with Darren and Frank. Darren's communication was excellent, lots of photos, he kept Archie cool in the heatwave and was flexible with pick up time. We wouldn't hesitate to ask Darren again.
Darran looked after Cully for 3 days and I would happily ask him to look after Cully again in the future. Darran took care to make sure his dog Frank and Cully were both happy in each others company at our first meeting before accepting to take Cully. During Cully’s stay, he provided regular updates with photos and videos. Cully had a great time and clearly enjoyed his stay with Darran. I would definitely ask Darran again in the future.
Highly Recommend Darran! Darren looked after our dog, Misty, for a week and did a wonderful job. We loved receiving regular photo and video updates—it was so reassuring to see her happy and well-cared-for while we were away. Darren is reliable, caring, and professional. We will absolutely be using him again!
Darran what great from start to finish. Courteous, accommodating and we felt our pup got the best of care. He has clearly had a lovely time. We also really appreciated meeting Darran and the lovely Frank (his dog) a few days ahead of the booking to see if everything was a "good fit". Darran was also very aware of the heat wave and went out of his way to walk our dog during the limited cooler periods. Great experience in general, and we have already booked Darran again. Cheers!
