Darcy really saved the day for us! My sitter had to cancel due to emergency surgery and Darcy stepped up and stepped in, and took good care of my girls while we were out of town for 4 days. I really appreciated all she did for all of us!

We are so happy we found Darcy on Rover! This was the first time we had a house and pet sitter that wasn't family and I was VERY nervous about it. We scheduled a meet & great as well as a walk before our trip. Darcy was very mellow and took notes about ALL the details regarding our furry baby and the house! Our doggie can be leash reactive when approached by off leash dogs ...

Darcy did a great job of taking care of our two Labrador Retrievers and our cat for a couple of days. She was very thorough, communicative, and caring towards our pets. She provided daily photos and updates, which was really nice. She is a vet-tech which was an extra plus, which gave us peace of mind, especially for our older dog who has special needs. We highly recommend her and will definitely use her again ...

Vet Tech Animal Lover

I have had pets my entire life, including dogs, cats, rabbits and reptiles. I started volunteering in animal shelters in junior high, and later attended Foothill College's Veterinary Technology Program. I have worked as a veterinary technician in both animal shelters and vet hospitals. As such, I am comfortable interacting with dogs, cats and exotics, and willing to take care of any medical, dietary, or behavioral needs your pet may have. I can potentially also ...

What Darcy would like to know about your dog

I would definitely like to know if there are any situations that make your dog fearful or aggressive. I am perfectly comfortable working with any behavioral issue, but I find it extremely valuable to know about them beforehand. If your dog has a favorite toy or treat, it would be helpful to know so I can help build a trusting relationship with them. After working in an animal shelter, I don't have any breed preferences; it's all about personality!

When Darcy watches your pet

I'm willing to take dogs anywhere that you are comfortable with me taking them (and as long as they are vaccinated, naturally). I can work on training or teaching new tricks, or playing fetch or any other games your pet might enjoy.
