I care for my dogs daily when I come home from college. I look after my dogs morning, afternoon, and night. I perform tasks such as feeding, walking, playing, and anything else necessary. I like to create a schedule of when I am needed throughout the day so my availability lines up with my clients’ availability. My schedule is open and flexible, so I can implement your pets routine into mine.

I take the time to meet each pet and get to learn their routine before accepting any position to make sure they become comfortable with me. I make sure to keep my clients updated throughout my visit and make sure that everything is in order. If I have any questions I always reach out, and if there are any concerns I am quick to contact. I try my best to build trust and a good relationship with each pet so that they feel safe and taken care of. I enjoy taking extra time to play with my clients’ pets once they gain confidence in me, which can help in building connections with me and your pet.

A typical day
I will play fetch, tug-of-war, chase, and even some training with any pets I watch. Additionally, I'll make sure to give them lots of love and attention throughout the visits.

I have always had a passion for caring for all types of animals. My pet care experience started when I was about 12 years old. I have cared for my two dogs since they were puppies. I am capable and familiar with walking, feeding, cleaning up after, and playing with both dogs and cats. I am comfortable caring for both large and small pets, as well as young and old ones. I am familiar with washing my dogs, as well as cleaning dirty paws and cleaning up accidents. I also have experience in cleaning out litter boxes and changing out food and water. I’m always looking for opportunities to spend quality time with all animals, especially dogs and cats. My passion for animals has always been evident throughout my life.

Darcy has watched my cat for several years. She is on time, clean and responsible. She always communicates what is happening at the house. Darcy has a key to my house and I know my cat is well taken care of when I am away.
Darcy is an amazing pet caregiver! My family asked Darcy to watch our two cats while we went on an almost week-long vacation. Not only did she feed them twice a day and clean out their litter boxes daily, she spent time with them every day making sure they had some social and human interaction. She followed instructions perfectly, made sure everything was clean and put away where they needed to be, and even sent us pictures of our cats while we were away. Darcy has two loving dogs of her own, who are very well behaved and loving towards me and my family as well. Her own dogs are a testament to Darcy's loving nature towards animals and her dedication to caring for them. I would absolutely ask Darcy to care for our cats every time we are away from home. I can't think of a better person to help our family, and our pets.
