Play and stay while you are away
I lost my 15 year old deaf and mostly blind pug in November 2021 and rescued a 6-month old pug in May 2023. In 2024, I added a second pug to my pack and they are super socialized and love having special guests for overnight stays. I have extensive experience both training younger pets as well as compassionately managing the special need of older pets. I keep a watchful eye over any pets in my care and administer medications as needed. I work from home which allows a lot of flexibility to keep an eye on and care for your pet around the clock. During the day, I enjoy hiking and long walks around my property, which are always more enjoyable with furry company. Evenings of supervised couch time are a great way to end every day.

Programa
I currently work full time from home on a busy but semi-flexible schedule. Early mornings and late nights are the norm. It’s nice to have company and an excuse to venture out during the day.

I live on 10 partially fenced acres with plenty of room to play and run during stays here. I can crate your pet as needed and have plenty of on-leash experience to ensure walks are safe and controlled. In your home, I’m respectful of your routine and work to replicate it as closely as possible to maintain continuity in your pets’ lives and reduce their anxiety.

I love to stimulate your pets both physically and mentally. We can play ball in the yard, check out all the new smells in my neighborhood, and explore the many dog-friendly venues and hiking trails that SLO county has to offer. We can also just keep thing chill and curl up on the couch with a blanket and lots of ear scratches.
