I work from home for the majority of the week so throughout the daytime I can provide walk during my down time. I can help out on the weekends for stay overs and love to have a pup companion!

If the dog care is in a home I am respectful of personal things and keeping all my focus on the dog whether it is keeping the dog occupied inside the house or in a backyard. Outside of the house, I am confident walking dogs of all sizes, taking them to a dog park, or playing with them individually. Also, I do feel pretty confident with helping train a dog if that process is already in progress. As for cats, I know that they do need their own time and space to be who they are, so I will be respectful of both the cat and the space that it is in.

I’d love to know if there is a certain walk route that’s preferable to you and your dog. If there is a certain lead that is going to be used and how to get that lead on and off, sometime they can be a wee bit tricky. Besides that, if the dog has any triggers, is reactive, or if there is anything I should know about their personality, that'd be great.
A typical day
I love to be outside and especially enjoy walking by the waterfront. I also know of two great dog parks which can add extra stimulation for your dog. If you’d like a long walk let me know and we’ll get our steps in. I also have a grassy backyard that I can take your pup to and we can run around, if dog parks are overstimulating for them. For longer stays I wouldn’t mind taking your dog for a short hike!

I have been helping care for my family dog since I was young. I worked to train my dog Callie as a puppy so feel confident to help train puppies. I’ve worked at a doggy daycare facility so I can handle most type of dogs with care and good knowledge.

Darby did a great job with Sugi! He unfortunately loves street food on the ground so she made sure to keep a close eye on him which I appreciated
