Safety is the most important part in caring for your dog. I will be sure to keep your pets safe by keeping them on a secure leash and using any extra equipment necessary (gentle leaders, harnesses, etc.) Following safety and traffic laws are also very important when caring for your dog. Every pet is different and I’m flexible and able to tailor your dogs care to their needs. Wether you have an older pup who likes casual strolls or a high energy pup who needs stimulating exercise ill be sure to provide the perfect amount of exertion.

A typical day
My roommate has a foster dog who is about 5 years old who I love to take to the beach, lovers point, on the 17 mile drive, and other various terrains for her to explore. I also enjoy trying trick training (no guarantee of any results) sniffing games, fetch, and tug of war.

Pet care experience
I dont have much experience in pet sitting, but i did have 4 dogs growing up. I took beginners class in training dogs as a kid but nothing formal. I will treat each dog as if they were my own and will always aim to provide them with a fun and enjoyable experience! Please feel free to let me know if your dog has any specific preferences or needs that I can help with.

Dahne was wonderful! Our pup is large and a handful, and this was his first time away from us. Daphne worked with him, kept us informed, and got him through some initial sadness and anxiety. Our home and pup were in excellent condition when we got home. We will ask Daphne to sit in the future.
Daphne is a very caring and kind person who takes her pets very seriously. She is generous with her time and affection for all animals big and small, and would make a great addition to any organization dealing with pets or children.
Daphne has been walking my dog for over a month and my dog loves her! My dog is a larger breed, tends to be a little rambunctious in the outdoor world, but Daphne is able to handle her with TLC. We are both very happy with Daphne.
Daphne Cavill has cared for several of our dogs over the last 8 years including a mini daschund from puppy stage and our current 90 pound bulldog-lab mix. She is patient and kind with the dogs and their various temperments. Daphne is friendly, flexible and dependable, as well as healthy and athletic enough to take long walks over rough terrain if desired. I highly recommend her as a dog walker, or pet and/or house sitter.
