A typical day
I will take them on walks in your local area, or to Dartmoor or other local walks. Playing with pet toys/stick/ball etc at home. Lots of chatting so the house feels busy as usual. Lots and lots of cuddles and fuss.

Pet care experience
Most of my bookings are booked privately by word of mouth and I am booked up very far in advance, so it is best to send a request for sits at least three or four months away. Though I do make myself available when I have cancellations at short notice. I cover Devon and Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset. I have been permanently pet and house-sitting since March 2018, but my experience with dogs, cats and small animals is lifelong. Dogs and cats tend to warm to me instantly, and accept me willingly as their temporary human! I love walks in the countryside with a dog for company. I have lots of references available if needed. I am confident removing ticks, giving medicine, bathing and grooming your pets, managing quirks and special needs of your animals and home. I adore all animals and love spending time with them, it brings me great joy. I have also pet sat for hens and horses too! Owners are so happy not to have to use kennels knowing I will be there to reassure them.

Danu did a really wonderful job looking after our cat Moe and we would absolutely recommend her. She was so kind, conscientious and thoughtful and sent us lovely pictures and updates so we had total peace of mind. Danu also left our house spotless so it was great to come home to. We'd definitely book with Danu again although I know she is in high demand as she does such an excellent job!
I could not be happier with Danu and Chris. They paid so much attention to detail and I felt so reassured. One of my cats needs lots of medication which they delivered with confidence and ease.
