Whether I'm staying at your place or checking in on your pets, keeping them safe and happy is always my main focus. I naturally have a calm, patient energy, which really helps shyer cats or anxious dogs relax around me. I’m incredibly strict about following your exact notes on feeding times, medications, and general routines so their day feels totally normal while you're away. If I'm watching your cats at my place, my apartment has a nice, quiet setup where they can comfortably explore and unwind without any loud dogs bothering them.

Just a few quick things that are super helpful to know beforehand! For dogs, definitely let me know if they tend to pull hard on the leash or get reactive/barky when seeing other dogs on walks. For cats, just let me know if they’re super shy and have a favorite hiding spot so I don't accidentally scare them. Other than that, any notes on their feeding schedule, favorite treats, or funny little habits is always awesome to know ahead of time!
A typical day
For house sitting bookings, I adapt to your pet's normal routine right in their own home. Mornings usually start with a fresh breakfast, clean water, and a quick walk or potty break. Since I can work remotely, your pets get plenty of company and attention throughout the day while I'm at my laptop. I love taking quick breaks for backyard fetch, belly rubs, or laser pointer games with cats. For drop-in visits and walks, I focus on keeping your pet safe and following their usual schedule. A standard 30-minute visit includes a good walk around your neighborhood to stretch their legs and fresh water refills. I'll always check with you first before giving them any of their favorite treats, and I'll send you a quick text with some photos so you can see exactly how they're doing!
