Excellent care for your canine companion!
I have been surrounded by dogs and cats my whole life. I grew up living with 3 Alsatians, and several cats in my teens. I have always been entrusted by friends and family to care for their dogs, inclusive of lurchers, Alsatians, Labradors, Shih tzus, dachshunds, King Charles spaniels, which eventually brought me to rover! Since starting with Rover, I have watched over Alsatians, cockapoos, cocker spaniels, dachshunds, golden retrievers and lurchers. Essentially, I’m guaranteed to love any and all dogs you may have! I currently have my own dachshund called Dougie, who is 4 years old, who I care for with my partner Georgia. If you require boarding at my home, then the dogs would need to be comfortable sharing a space with my dog, Dougie gets along with pretty much all dogs he meets!

We’ve used Danny multiple times now and ideally wouldn’t use anyone else. Atlas absolutely loves him and his partner! Super friendly and regular updates! Feel super happy leaving atlas knowing he’s in such great hands!
We can’t recommend Danny and Gee enough! We messaged with a last minute booking as our dog care fell through. They were quick to reply, we met with them the following day to check how our dogs interacted and discussed our dogs needs and personalities. We had daily updates and photos whilst we were away, and Luna and Dex look like they’ve had the best day being pampered pooches! It’s clear that Danny and Gee are dog lovers, and we had no concerns at all. They loved their time and we will definitely be using Danny and Gee again. Thanks so much both!
Danny was fantastic! My puppy was instantly happy in Danny’s presence. Danny was great sending updates throughout the day. This was my first time leaving Atlas with someone completely new so it was lovely to have regular updates and know everything was okay. Will absolutely be using in future! Thanks Danny!

Danny & Georgia were absolutely brilliant! It was our first time leaving our puppy, Bodhi, for an overnight stay and we were a little anxious, but they immediately put us at ease. Bodhi and Dougie got along so well, and Bodhi seemed settled and comfortable right from the start. Danny kept us updated with lots of pictures and videos throughout the day, which we were so grateful for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Schedule
I currently work full time, but work from home 3 days a week. I can be free most weekends with adequate notice. Your dog would never be left alone in my care, as my partner works from home when I am in office.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a secure fenced garden, with plenty of space for dogs to run around on the grass. Your dogs would be welcome to relax on all of the sofas and beds in the house, and we can accommodate crating if you provide your dog’s crate. If you require boarding at my home, I’m happy to arrange for a free walk with my dog and your dog, so that they can get to know each other before your dog stays with us. Happy to stay at your property with your dog if this is preferred.

A typical day
I love taking dogs out for walks on a daily basis! If the weather is a bit rubbish, I keep the dogs occupied in the house with a range of toys, we can play tug of war, or keep them mentally stimulated with sniffer toys!
