Home away from home!
Hi! After using Rover for my own dog care in the past I know how important it is to find the right home for your dog. I've had my own dogs for the last 10 years including a puppy and an older rescue. I honestly love dogs of all shapes and sizes and I will ensure I give your dog the perfect home away from home. I have experience with a variety of breeds and have also volunteered and received dogs trust training a couple years ago. I understand dogs are all different and I'm happy to support and match their routines to make them comfortable in my home. I also live in a perfect village area for dogs with plenty of public and private walks and dog friendly cafes!

Danielle was fantastic with our dog, from the first meet and greet to having him while we were away. Plenty of updates so we could see how he was getting on. He was treated like he was their own pet and would not hesitate to book again.
Dannielle was brilliant with or old Lab Rufus. He settled in immediately and we felt very happy that he would be loved and cared for while we were away. I'm not sure he missed us at all! Highly recommended!
Danielle was really friendly and helpful especially going out of her way to be flexible with the times. She did everything I asked from her and I could tell Willie had enjoyed his stay. Highly recommend
I have trusted Dannielle to look after my dog on numerous occasions whilst I have been away for the weekend. She is excellent with him (and my cat). Not only do I know she will take care of their essential needs but I know she makes them feel loved and gives them attention when I am not there which is really important to me. I can tell she loves animals and that my babies are in great hands whilst I’m away.
Dannielle has always had a natural affinity with dogs. She is experienced and has previously owned a French Bulldog, whom she raised from a puppy, and a rescued four year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Both dogs had very different personalities and needs, Dannielle cared for them with immense love, patience, devotion and dedication, always ensuring they were happy, healthy, and had the very best lives. Dannielle is one of the kindest and most compassionate people I know. As a social worker, she is trusted to support and care for others, and those same qualities of patience, responsibility, and empathy shine through in the way she cares for dogs. She is attentive to each dog's individual needs and always goes above and beyond to make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. These qualities, combined with her genuine love of dogs, make her an exceptional caregiver. Any dog in Dannielle's care will be treated with the same love and attention she gave her own, and I would highly recommend and trust her completely to provide outstanding care. I know that any owner leaving their dog with Dannielle can do so with complete confidence and peace of mind.

Schedule
I have plenty of time for walks, toilet breaks and cuddles! I can fit my routine around the routine of the dog in my care, just reach out and let me know what's required.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced garden with bifold doors that can be left open for easy access to potter outside. I have experience with administering dogs with medication including oral, topical and injections. I also understand and recognise the importance of dog body language -when they are happy, distressed or anxious. Your dogs safety and happiness will always be my main priority.
Pets
A typical day
I will match your dogs routine including : Regular walks, play, snuffle mats, toys and games, training, sensory and food. Socialisation with other dogs if appropriate. Lots of cuddles and attention also of course!
