Before starting pet sitting, it's crucial to gather essential information and have a clear understanding of your responsibilities to ensure the safety, well-being, and happiness of the pets in your care. Here are important things to know ahead of time: Pet Owner Preferences: Schedule: Understand the pet's daily routine, including feeding times, exercise routines, and any medication schedules. Emergency Contacts: Obtain contact information for the pet owner, as well as an emergency contact person in case you can't reach the owner. Veterinarian Information: Know the name and contact details of the pet's veterinarian, and confirm if any existing medical conditions or allergies require special attention.
A typical day
A typical day as a dog caregiver or pet sitter involves a combination of structured routines, playtime, and outdoor adventures tailored to your pets needs to keep the dogs happy and healthy. This includes a walk on nearby trails that are dog friendly and playtime. For cats it's playtime and brushing and love and attention!

Pet care experience
What sets me apart is my focus on creating a true bond with your pet, not just checking in. My goal is to spend quality time with your furbaby so they feel loved, secure, and happy while you’re away. I bring experience caring for both playful puppies and senior pets with special needs, and I adapt my approach to match each pet’s unique personality. Whether that means patient training, gentle senior support, or simply lots of cuddles and playtime, I make sure your pet feels at ease. When you return, you’ll have peace of mind knowing your companion has been cared for with love, and your pet will greet you happy, healthy, and stress-free.

Great!

Danni did a great job caring for two dogs in our home for a week. When we got back the dogs were happy and everything was in order. She was very good with communication and sending photos. We will use her services again.

Excellent care and communication for our dog.
