Pets are family and when you trust me with yours, I treat them just like my own. Hi! I'm Danna. I’ve spent the last 10 years taking care of dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I offer one-on-one house sitting, so your pet receives my full attention in the comfort of your home. My goal for every sitting is to keep routines consistent and environments calm, so pets feel safe and at ease while you’re away. I’m experienced with puppies, senior dogs, and administering medications. I follow your instructions closely and keep communication open with regular updates and plenty of photos for peace of mind. I work from home so I’m home throughout the day and able to give your pet companionship and care. I only book one household at a time and can often accommodate last minute or extended stay requests. I also treat your home with care and respect. I make sure you return to a tidy space and take care of the little things like bringing in mail, watering plants, or keeping things neat during longer bookings.

Safety and trust are always my top priorities. I take the time to ensure every pet feels comfortable and secure in my care. Open communication is key—at our meet and greet, I’ll ask about your pet’s special needs, medications, routines, and any known triggers so I can provide the most thoughtful and attentive care possible. I believe in over-communicating rather than under-communicating. You’ll always know how things are going, and I’ll check in regularly to give you peace of mind and maintain a clear, shared understanding of your pet’s needs.

We left our dog with Danna for 10 days and couldn't have been happier. A few things that stood out: Communication: She sent regular photo and video updates without us having to ask, and was always quick to respond when we reached out. Proactive and thorough: She asked good questions upfront and kept us informed about things she noticed, even small stuff she could have easily handled without mentioning. That level of transparency made us feel like we were never out of the loop. She even brought in our mail and took out the trash on the correct day without us asking. Flexibility: She adapted easily to our instructions and schedule changes, never making it feel like an inconvenience. Comfort with our dog: Our dog took to her immediately. Always a good sign that someone knows how to put animals at ease. Overall she was great and everything was exactly as we left it when we returned. We'll absolutely book with her again and recommend her without hesitation.
Danna is not only a very nice and kind person, she was responsible, dependable, and committed to taking the best care of our pet. Our dog can be a bit of a challenge to walk but Danna had no problem. He was very well behaved for her and he liked her a lot.
Having Danna watch our sweet pup was wonderful!! She was very communicative throughout our time away and I loved knowing everything was in great hands. I really appreciated how conscientious she was about asking our preference for certain things. She is attentive, caring, and warm and we know she gave Gemma a fabulous time while we were gone. We will 100% book Danna again soon!
Second time I have relied on Danna to care for my rescue pupper in my home and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you for taking such good care of Jackie, snuggling with her, sending me photos and just keeping her company while I was away. I appreciate you so much !!

Schedule
I work from home fulltime, which allows me to dedicate my attention fully to the pets I care for. I only offer housesitting services to one family at a time, so your furry friend gets my undivided love and companionship throughout the day.
Prices include all fees.
