Hello, I’m Dani! I am so fortunate to be doing what I love most- caring for animals and helping them thrive with their families. Whether it’s making sure they get the daily exercise they need, a quick potty break, feeding, or check-in while you’re away from home, I am honored to be considered for your pet care needs. I am a former Vet Tech and a lifelong animal lover. I have over 25 years of experience caring for cats and dogs in a professional setting, as well as my own 3 pets. I have volunteered and fostered for many local rescue organizations over the years and enjoy staying involved with animal welfare and rescue. Animal care is my greatest passion and I hope to share that with your special fur babies!

Danise was great helping me out with my two dogs while at work! She gave me a peace of mind and the girls loved her! She was very reliable, great at communication, and very thorough! 10/10 highly recommend her for all of your pet’s needs!
Danise took excellent care of Zora and Zeno while I was on vacation. She was very invested in getting to know their personalities and needs during the initial visit. They are usually pretty shy, but warmed up to her almost immediately. Would definitely rebook and recommend to anyone looking for someone to take care of their pets!
Danise has been simply amazing with my dog who is a dachshund chihuahua mix. So loving, attentive, and in tune with him. He is a rescue with some separation anxiety but he is so comfortable with her, that he doesn’t even bat an eye when I leave now. I highly recommend Danise, there is no better person to take care of your pet than her.

Schedule
Currently I am available for the following: weekday and/or weekends for drop-in visits, feedings, short potty walks or longer walks/hikes, house sitting, and/or in-home daycare and dog boarding.

For additional peace of mind, I am certified in pet CPR and first aid. If your dog or cat has special needs or requires a custom care plan, no problem! I am able to administer injections and medications as needed. I will treat your pet with the same loving care and attention to detail that I would give my own. Keeping your pets safe, healthy and happy is my top priority.

A typical day
A typical outing would involve a 30-60 minute walk around your neighborhood. However, times can easily be adjusted to suit your dog's needs. Local hikes or play sessions at the park are also a great option for those higher energy pups who need a bit more exercise.
