Availability
For dog boarding: I currently work from home most days. I have a number of dogs I provide routine walks for, so I'm often away from home for up to 3 hours at a time during the week. I occasionally need to attend all day meetings for my primary job, but I am good about keeping my Rover calendar updated and communicating these unavailability in advance.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully fenced back yard. I have fish Aquariums and many houseplants, some of which are not safe if ingested by dogs. I do not leave dogs alone or unattended in my house, but I would not be the right choice to board a dogs that's inclined to graze on houseplants (or ireactive to fish tanks). I only board up to one family of dogs at a time (ie, if I accept multiple dogs they must all be from the same owner). I cannot care for cats in my home. We do not allow pets on furniture and only accept house trained dogs for care in our home.

Information Danielle Z. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your dog has any allergies, special needs, or reactive behaviors that I should be aware of. I look forward to meeting you and your doggo!
A typical day
I don't leave dogs unattended and I can provide as frequent of outdoor potty breaks as needed for house trained dogs. I do work full time Mon-Fri, and will be on my computer much of the day during weekdays. I love having a dog companion with me while I work, and I'm happy to take breaks to pet, play, or go outside. I cannot provide constant interaction during work hours, though. If your doggo has significant anxiety issues or is accustomed to constant engagement, I am not going to be their best boarding option during week days.

Pet care experience
I love dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages! I have walked dogs as a part time side job over the years as well as volunteering at humane societies. I am comfortable and experienced with big breeds, senior citizen pooches, and puppies. I was the grateful owner of two sweetheart doggos (a gentle giant mix breed and an energetic Vizsla) who lived exceptionally long and healthy lives before 'crossing the Rainbow Bridge'. Caring for pets through Rover has been a huge joy and let's me to continue to have animal companionship. I'll care for your pets as I would my own! My approach is easy-going and adapted to the personality of the individual dog. If you have a high energy dog, we can do jogs, zoomies, or fetch. More of a cuddle baby? That's great too! I love the unique personalities of cats, and would love to spend time and attention visiting and caring for your kitties :) I cannot host cats in my home, though, as I keep a number of aquariums. I understand that trusting a stranger with your fur babies, and access to your home, is a big deal, and I take earning your confidence seriously. I welcome any questions you may have and I'm happy to meet for an interview with you and your pooch to make sure it's a good fit! I'm a mature, responsible, professional adult, and my reputation in the Port Angeles community is something I deeply value. *Fully Vaccinated*

So dedicated to finding our shy kitty! Reliable and kind.
Danielle went above and beyond taking fantastic care of our kitties while we were away on vacation. As always!

Danielle did a great job taking care of scout, and scout came back to me as a happy tired pup!

Great service! Responds so quickly to emails/texts!
