They’re your kids and I’ll take care of them that way. Whether it’s drop in or staying the night I’ll make sure they’re safe and happy even if they miss you. If anything serious happens I’ll be in immediate contact and if necessary know exactly what needs done at the ER and can brief you on it before you call them.

Most importantly let me know any quirks your animal has. For example, if they do/don’t like to be pet a certain way or have a specific game they like to play. We like to be prepared not surprised! If you forget something though no worries I’ll probably just shoot you a quick text to confirm this is normal behavior. Also, if you can please let me know if the time you picked is flexible or rigid.
A typical day
First, we have to get in some pets and scratches it’s mandatory. Next we’ll get all of our regular business sorted out with bathroom breaks, food, water, and the likes. Then we get to have all the fun of playing games or sit and have quality time if that’s more their speed.

Hello! I’d love to watch your pets for you either for the afternoon or for the week so you can have a relaxing time spent without worrying! I currently work at a local veterinary clinic as a veterinary assistant as well as UIUC’s ER. I have lots more experience on top of that and plan to become a veterinarian myself so your pet is in good hands!
