Insured and Experienced Sitter!

Hi, I’m Dani — owner of Dani’s Pet Care, LLC and a professional, insured pet sitter with over a decade of hands-on experience. What began as caring for friends’ and family’s pets has grown into a trusted, home-based pet care service. I am fully insured through Pet Sitter Associates and I prioritize safety, structure, and individualized attention in every stay. My husband Jake assists with supervised play and enrichment. We are a non-smoking household with a fully fenced yard designed for safe outdoor time. I care for a limited number of dogs at a time so each one receives focused attention, calm structure, and a comfortable environment. My goal is for your dog to feel at home — and for you to feel completely confident while you’re away. In addition to boarding, I also operate Happy Yards Pet Waste Removal — a weekly and biweekly yard cleanup service built on the same reliability and professionalism that earned my 5-star reviews here on Rover and Google.

Danielle is the most thoughtful and kindness sitter Yankee has ever had. We travel for three weeks and she felt like home at Danielle’s. Thank you for giving so much love to our puppy.

First things First, Dani was amazing! This was our family's first time needing to have a sitter since we typically have other family and friends watch Zoe. In the beginning, we were nervous about leaving Zoe with someone she didn't and how she may act because let's face it; we all have bad days sometimes. Dani insured us that Zoe would be in great hands and not only did she say it - but was able to prove it with pictures and casual updates throughout the week as well. Zoe has a pretty great temper but has her ways and even some things that we wanted to continue working on like playing nice with other small pups. Dani was able to do all of that and even sent us pictures of Zoe getting used to the "pack life." So 100% safe to say Dani will be my go-to sitter, and Zoe has a new home away from home!

Calendar and availability

Schedule

I operate a structured, home-based boarding environment and accept only one guest dog at a time to ensure individualized attention and a calm experience. My work-from-home schedule allows me to provide consistent supervision throughout the day. Boarding hours are 8:00am–6:00pm, and all drop-offs and pick-ups must occur within this window by scheduled appointment to maintain a predictable routine.

Safety, trust & environment

Dogs stay in a quiet, non-smoking home with a fully fenced yard for secure outdoor time. I am fully insured through Pet Sitter Associates. Because I host only one guest at a time, dogs receive focused supervision in a low-stress environment. Introductions are handled thoughtfully, and safety is always prioritized.

A typical day

Each day includes supervised outdoor time, rest periods, enrichment, and relaxed indoor companionship. I focus on maintaining your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible. This is a calm home environment best suited for well-adjusted dogs who thrive with structure rather than high-intensity activity.

Proof of current rabies vaccination is required. I need to know your dog’s routine, temperament, feeding schedule, and any behavioral concerns in advance. I do not board aggressive dogs, medically fragile dogs requiring intensive care, or dogs with uncontrolled separation anxiety. A meet and greet is required prior to first bookings to ensure a good fit.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
