I booked a house sitting with Danielle. When she came for the meet and greet I had advised that my puppy has lots of energy and would need out often. She did let me know that she had a catering job, but that the shifts were short (8 hours or less). I said that would be okay but that they could not be alone longer than that. The first day of sitting she had asked what time we were leaving and I advised 1pm. She did state she had work at 3:30pm and would stop over afterwards. She did not get to our house to let out our dogs that night until 12:15am. That’s over 11 hours. Our 4 year old dog has trouble holding his bladder that long let alone our less than 5 month old pup. She then only stayed for a half hour before putting our pup back into the kennel and leaving. This was consistent for the remainder of the booking. She only dropped in 3 times a day staying less than an hour each time. I felt so bad for our pup who spent 4 days in the kennel for 21 hours + each day. I gave 2 stars due to the fact that Danielle did clean up any messes made by the dogs, but will not be booking again.

Danielle was amazing with our dogs. They enjoyed the time and attention she spent with them. Our neighbors even commented on what excellent job she did taking care of our girls.
