I am a Veterinary Surgical Assistant - Your peace of mind and comfort of your pets are my top priority! I’ve taken care of my dog until his senior years when he eventually passed from cancer - I’m very gentle and can follow an intensive care schedule with medication administration. I also work well with anxious dogs/cats that need extra love to make sure they’re comfortable. My goal is to learn your routine and keep the rhythm going while you’re away so your pet’s needs are seamlessly taken care of!

Danielle was kind and responsible when providing care to my dog and cat. The electricity even went out during a storm and she never wavered. I felt totally comfortable with her in my home!
Danielle was great! Our senior dog is not always comfortable with people she doesn’t know but Danielle was very patient and loving with her and we knew our dog and home were in good hands. We will book again!
Danielle house/dog sat for us for 7 days and was an absolutely wonderful sitter for our dog, Bonnie. She went above and beyond to make sure Bonnie got the care and attention she needs (and loves!). Danielle’s calm, gentle energy was a perfect match for Bonnie, and it was clear she really understood and connected with our girl. She kept us updated with pictures and messages, giving us so much peace of mind while we were away. We also came home to a clean and tidy space, which was such a nice touch. And just when we couldn’t think she could get any sweeter, we came home to sound bath music on for our anxious pup. Highly recommend Danielle for any and every type of service for your pup—Bonnie will definitely be happy to see her again!
We booked Danielle to stay at our place for a few days, but are hiring her to walk our dogs a few times so the dogs get used to her. They're iffy with strangers. She came for a walk this week and I'm really impressed with her calm demeanor when a dog is barking at her. She's patient and I'm confident will win over our boys by they time she stays with us. :)
Danielle is the best sitter in Oxnard. We hired Danielle after a previous rover wouldn’t do a meet and greet with us for our destination wedding. Danielle jumped in the last minute and was able to sit our nervous dog. Danielle did an amazing job keeping our dog calm during our chaotic day and kept our dog busy while we were getting married. Danielle gave him walks, played with him, took him out to dinner and even stayed longer than planned. Thank you Danielle for taking care of our Tucker.
Danielle was a great sitter for Louie and Flaca! She gave the loads of cuddles and walks and was very communicative, lots of pictures and keeping us posted! She is knowledgable about dogs and cares about them and their routine! Will be glad to have her back again soon:)

Schedule
My work schedule is typically Monday–Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. As I work in a surgical hospital, my hours can occasionally vary depending on patient needs, which means I may start earlier, stay later, or be available sooner than expected. I’m most available for house sitting, walks, and drop-in visits Friday–Sunday, but feel free to reach out about weekday requests as my schedule is often flexible.
