Hello! I’m Dani! I have been local to NC for 5 years now and truly value the community I’ve come to know here. A little about my background- I have spent my whole life working with and caring for animals. I was a thoroughbred jockey for 10 years but am enjoying a much more slower pace around horses now. I recently left my full time job as a firefighter/EMT and am now working for myself as a pet/wildlife photographer, horse trainer, and falconer. I've been walking/boarding dogs on Rover since 2015 and have experience with all ages, sizes and temperaments. I have only owned energetic, sporting breeds so you will never have to worry about your dog being “too much” for me. I know how important your fur babies are to you, so I will treat them as if they were my own, taking any precaution to keep them safe and remain patient if they are being difficult. I have a lot of experience with Great Danes, Newfoundlands, St. Bernards, and German Shepherds so I am confident when it comes to handling large and/or strong breeds. I live a very active lifestyle so if you need your dog to burn some energy I’m your girl (I’m also more than happy to just hang out if your pup thrives as a couch potato). It is very important to me that your animals and home are treated with care and respect, along with being responsible, patient and always keeping a positive attitude.
