I usually ask in detail about your animals natural routine on a typical day in your home. I try to stick to that as much as possible while you're away. I also ask about special needs, medications, diets and behaviours ahead of time to anticipate their needs and adjust accordingly.
A typical day
A typical day with me is full of love, structure, and fun! I start the day with a morning potty break and a long walk to get some energy out. After breakfast and a little playtime, we settle into a calm part of the day with cuddles or a quiet nap.Throughout the day, I love engaging pets with interactive games like fetch, tug-of-war etc. For dogs who enjoy the outdoors, we may go on neighbourhood walks, or just spend time having fun in the backyard. In the evening, we wind down with some relaxed play or snuggles. I also send photo and video updates, so you’ll always know your baby is happy and safe!

Hi, I’m Danielle! I’ve always had a deep love for animals ever since I was young. Although I'm fairly new to Rover, I've been caring for animals for over 15 years. I absolutely love it. I really believe our pets are family — they deserve care, comfort, and lots of affection, especially when you’re not home. Whether your dog needs a fun, energizing walk or your cat just wants some quiet company and cuddles, I’m here to give them the attention they deserve. I’m certified by the Canadian Red Cross in First Aid for Dogs and Cats, so you can relax knowing your pet is in safe, capable hands. I take the time to get to know each pet’s unique personality, quirks, and needs — whether that means a game of fetch, a slow walk for a senior pup, or just some calm companionship. I’m reliable, gentle, and truly enjoy building trust with both pets and their humans. It’s important to me that your pet feels happy, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. Danielle took great care of my cat Seorsa. I got frequent updates on how things are going as well photos. I really felt Seorsa was in good hands and safe which allowed me to focus on my trip. I will definitely be reaching out again next time I need to go out of town. I highly recommend Danielle.
