During visits, I make sure pets get both physical activity and mental enrichment tailored to their personality and energy level. For dogs, that can include walks, playtime with favorite toys, games like fetch or tug, basic training reinforcement, and plenty of cuddle time. For cats, I focus on interactive play with wand toys or laser games, enrichment activities, window watching, brushing, and quiet companionship for shyer cats. I always adjust activities based on age, energy level, and comfort, making sure every visit is fun, safe, and stress-free.
