A typical day
Every pet has their own personality, so I like to tailor each visit to what makes them happiest. For energetic pets, that might mean walks, games of fetch, tug-of-war, or plenty of playtime. For older or more laid-back pets, it may be a leisurely stroll, lots of affection, gentle brushing, or simply relaxing together. Cats often enjoy interactive toys, treats (if approved), window watching, or quiet companionship. If they prefer their space, I'm happy to let them come to me on their own terms. Throughout every visit, I'll make sure your pet has fresh food and water, potty breaks or litter box care, exercise, enrichment, and lots of love and attention. I also enjoy sending photos and little updates so you can see how much fun your pet is having and feel connected while you're away. My goal is simple: to make your pet feel safe, happy, and loved until you're back home.

I've loved animals my entire life, and caring for them is more than a job to me. It's one of the greatest joys in my life. I grew up in a home where my parents bred Labrador Retrievers, so I've been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember. Today, I share my home with four wonderful dogs and six cats, giving me daily experience caring for pets with different personalities, ages, and needs. What truly sets me apart is how closely I pay attention. I'm always observing behavior, appetite, energy level, mobility, and mood because small changes can be important. If something doesn't seem quite right, I'll communicate with you promptly so you always know how your pet is doing. I have experience caring for senior pets, administering oral medications, cleaning litter boxes, maintaining feeding routines, and making pets feel comfortable in their own environment. I'm patient with shy animals, gentle with nervous ones, and always happy to match the energy of playful pets who want lots of fun and attention. I believe every animal deserves to feel safe, understood, and genuinely loved.
