I have many years of experience and knowledge on how to care for dogs both big and small, cats and even bunnies and reptiles! I have experience in caring for newborn puppies, kittens, quirky teen phases, adults and especially the lovely senior paws! I understand pet behavior and the various different quirks and personalities many pets have. I have a gathered my experience through being a pet owner myself, fostering and volunteer work with the Humane Society as well as working in a professional Doggy Daycare as a care attendant and have had the opportunity to bathe and groom pets professionally. This experience helps me understand and care for various breeds, species and life stages of your pets. I am familiar with dog training and understand canine behavior and body language. I also have experience and feel comfortable with handling reactive and the anxious doggos. I am able to provide the care you require for your lovely pet and care for them the same way I would care for my own pet while you are away. 😊 It is never easy leaving your pet behind so I can guarantee to go the extra mile to ensure your pet is cared for while you are away and to provide daily updates & pictures Should your pet have any medical conditions that require medications, I am comfortable administering medication or providing therapy stretches / massages and or medicated baths, anything that is apart of their normal routine.

Schedule
I currently have a part time job that I have worked for the last 7 years, working 2-3 days a week (usually Thurs, Sat & Sun morning) it fluctuates depending on the week and is very flexible with days & hours, I am able to take days off completely with notice. My fiance, roommate and grandmother are home during the day too to hangout with should I need to step out. I am a pet owner too, I have a mini Aussie myself so I am used to any pet that shares the same high energy level.

Safety, trust & environment
My home is air conditioned with a fully fenced in large backyard. I live beside a dog park and numerous hiking trails in a pet friendly community I am able to travel to clients homes and ensure their pet is walked, fed, watered and cared for when needed. My fiancé and I are very active so we are able to keep up with the energy levels of all pets. No pet will ever be alone, my fiancé and grandma are both home should I need to run an errand and are unable to bring them with me. They are more than welcome to tag along for car rides! :) We have pet cameras installed so I am able to provide any funny or cute clips that happen throughout the day and to ensure complete safety as the safety and well being of your pet is my #1 priority. 😊

A typical day
All stays are accommodated to each unique pet's needs. I will always ensure to keep all high energy pups exercised, mentally stimulated via games, hikes and lake visits and of course tons of love & attention! For the more reserved and relaxed pups they will be offered their own space to relax and feel cozy in, in any room I am in. I respect all pet boundaries and emotions. Let me know your routine with your pet and I will ensure your pet stays on the same routine.
