I've booked with Danielle multiple times previously and she's treated my dog like family, with no issues. This most recent booking was a stressful and problematic one. I made the booking and we agreed on a drop off time, that was the last correspondence I was able to have with her. I arrived at the agreed upon time and was met with no response. I waited for around 20 mins then left. I sent another message stating that I would return a few hours later because it was early and was thinking she may have been sleeping and just missed an alarm. I returned a few hours later and encountered the same problem. Her not responding left me without a sitter and it disrupted my plans, I attempted to find another sitter but was unsuccessful being that it was last minute.

Danielle was a pleasure to work with, she took great care of my old boy. So much so I wasn't sure he was going to come home. She was very flexible with her pick up and drop off times, which I was greatly appreciative of. Next time I need someone to watch over my pup, I won't hesitate to utilize her again!
