Ive been assisting in taking care of pets since I can remember. My family never went without having furry companions in the house but ive been helping care for them since i was six. Id help my parents bath, walk, and play with the dogs as well as it was my chore to clean up all the dog droppings in the backyard. I've also had to help in giving heartworm, flea, and tick medicine as well as any other specific meds when theyd get an infection or get sick. The best part of having dogs was that I always had a friend. Someone who loved me unconditionally, watched over me, and always showered me in slobbery tennis balls and wet kisses.
