I'm highly upset with this service. The initial meet and greet went great and I thought she would be the best fit for my fur babies, however, that was not the case. I gave her four pages of detailed "Essential Instructions" on General Information (contact details, emergency contacts, wi-fi and security, arrival and departure), Detailed Pet Care Instructions (feeding schedule, what to feed each pet, how to store the opened canned food, little cleaning schedule, fresh water schedule, treats, medication and health, signs of distress, routine and exercise, play time and preferences, behavior of each animal being one dog and two cats, and sleeping arrangements), Home Care Instructions (appliances, lights and curtains). I let her know up front that there are several cameras in the house and that my parents also have access to these cameras. On the first day, she was 20 minutes late to her scheduled time of arrival. I was being picked up and so I told my family not to come until she got here because there was no sense in all of us just waiting at my house for her. Dealing with security, the first day as soon as I left, after handing her these instructions she left and left the back door opened, she later came back and went through the back door because she didn't follow instructions told to her my myself and my dad for opening the front storm door with a key. She left the back gate opened the entire time I was gone for three nights and four days. The curtains stayed up in the front room facing the street the entire time and the instruction specifically said to close the curtains. She left the t.v. and lights on the entire time, regardless of if she had left (numerous times at all hours) or if she left to retire to the guest bedroom. I'm sure she isn't allowed to do that at her mother's house. Also, there were a few urine messes on the floor, which I can't blame my animals seeing how she never once emptied a litter box according to the instructions I left. She never walked my dog twice a day as instructed. Also, the guest bedroom that was made up for her was trashed when she left. I am very disappointed and probably will not use ROVER again, because while she is a sweet and charismatic person, she isn't much by way of a caregiver to animals.

Danielle was amazing. I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing care my dog Simba received. From the beginning, her communication was clear, professional, and friendly. She took time to understand Simba’s routine, personality, and needs. She updated me with pictures and videos which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. Danielle is really a sweet person, I only have done daycare but my pup came back pretty happy! Her home feels like a safe space and very family oriented. I would book with her every time I visit Memphis 💞

This was the first time Danielle had watched Bo and she came for a meet and great and asked great questions and she and Bo were friends immediately. We had scheduled here to check in on Bo and feed him dinner while we were away for a day. She was very flexible and swapped days for us when we had inclement weather. We have already scheduled Danielle for a few days in May!
