I’m happy to care for any of your pets - big, small, furry, scaly, or feathered! I have experience with a wide variety of animals throughout both my personal and professional life. I grew up with dogs and cats and have extensive experience caring for small furry critters like rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and chinchillas, as well as scaly and cold-blooded companions. I also have experience caring for birds and many other species. I was raised on a horse farm and have worked on a dairy farm and in a veterinary clinic, taught animal science, trained guide dogs, and volunteered with my local humane society as a cat foster. I’ve been an animal owner and caregiver my entire life, so caring for animals is more than just a job to me - it’s something I genuinely love. Need someone to love your pets while you’re away? When caring for your pet in your home, my goal is to keep them happy, comfortable, and on their normal routine while you’re away. I’ll follow your instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and any special care your pet may need. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, so I’ll take the time to get to know your pet and make sure they receive plenty of attention, enrichment, and love. I’ll also keep you updated while you’re away with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is safe and well cared for. I’ll treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own, leaving things clean and tidy when you return. Most importantly, I’ll care for your pets as I would my own -with patience, compassion, and lots of love!

Danielle is the best pet sitter ever! Danielle has a lot of experience working in a vet office. Everything from taking care of boarding pets to helping with a C-Section on a dog. She also has years of experience being an Ag-Teacher teaching Vet Science including care, feeding, health, training and the importance of Vet care. Her two dogs, one rescue, one exceptional Seeing Eye dog that she was able to adopt at six years old, always traveled to work with her to West Hill High School in Stamford, CT. She has worked extensively with Animals for Life and Guiding Eyes for the Blind. She has watched and taken care of my many animals for many years. This includes dogs and cats of all different ages. When I found a small kitten in the woods (he's now 12 years old), she knew immediately that he needed vet care for a fever and broken jaw. It was amazing! I hadn't noticed. Danielle is a pet whisperer. She truly loves and cares for all animals, and I highly recommend her to take care of your pets. She is responsible, and has extensive experience with all kinds of animals- reptiles, pocket pets, birds, dogs, cats, large animals. I trust her completely with my fur babies, and feel safe leaving them, knowing they are in good hands. You could not find a more responsible person to take care of your pets while you are away.
