Don’t stress about your pets!
I’ve grown up with dogs and animals of all sorts my entire life. I currently have my own dog, chickens, and ducks. I have had cats but do not currently have one- just haven’t found a great fit! I have recently been through the AKC CGC training program and certificate with my own pup so am also happy to assist with training needs if your pet is in training. I have been working from home since COVID started- so now I have tons more time to spend with animals who need care during the day! I often do dog walks while on various meetings that do not require me to be by my computer- which makes pet sitting ideal! I have a fenced back yard, as well as almost an acre of property total for the dogs to play in. I have plenty of dog toys and various areas for exploration. I have several dog crates if needed. I am a nurse and comfortable with medication administration if needed. I care for pets as close to their normal routine as possible. Otherwise daily routines include potty break/outdoor time at 8am/12pm/4pm/8pm, with some variation depending on the needs of the pet. Pets who are used to being crated when owners leave the home are crates when I leave. If they are not used to being crated, then the pets are allowed to roam free in my home- but please notify me if your pet has a tendency to chew on things or get into the trash as we will need to discuss how best to handle securing your pet when I need to leave the home. Please note there is an additional fee for drop offs/pick ups later than 9pm. I have a fenced backyard. I have several crates large enough to fit Great Danes. I do not take pets off my property. Pets are allowed free range to any pet toys in the home and always have access to water. Pets are fed separately from my own dog to reduce resource guarding.

We have used Danielle numerous times now to watch our girl Maggie. Danielle has always had great communication by sending pictures and messages about how the stay is going. She has always taken very good care of Maggie. We will definitely continue to use Danielle in the future!
Danielle was friendly, gave us time to get acquainted with each other and the house, and understood of my dog’s anxiety. I felt comfortable and I would request Danielle again!

A typical day
I am happy to help your pet explore and exercise their bodies and their minds! We can work on simple obedience commands such as sit and lay down, we can explore the 1 acre of property for smells and new environments, if your dog loves to play fetch and run around- I have the space for it!
