I'm currently working nearby (15min) in a flexible job where I can create my own schedule/hours. This gives me the ability to go in late, leave at lunch to let pets out/ give mid-day medications, or leave work early. I take most weekends off and occasionally take whole days off during the week as well.

Our home is on a quiet gravel road that borders the forest, so your pet can enjoy some tranquility while being entertained by wildlife. I have a fenced yard with two friendly dogs to keep your pet company. Both dogs have had years of experience with foster dogs in our home and being around other animals in the veterinary clinic. My daughter also lives in the home and is an animal lover like me. She has grown up learning how to give animals the care and space they need. My daughter shows yearly in 4H Obedience and Agility and would love to play with your pet if they desire a human playmate. While she may be around your pet(s), she will never be left alone or responsible for them. We have cameras in the yard and home to monitor the pets while we are away. Pets can be separated by rooms or kennels on request or if I need to leave for work or an appointment. I can provide kenels from small-large size and/or a private apartment for those that need their own quiet space.

A typical day
I would love to enrich your dog's time while I'm with them. I have many toys, puzzle feeders, and activities to choose from. I can work with your pet on obedience, agility, or just take a leisurely walk. Car rides, trips to the dog park, or pup cups are always an available option for doggos as well. For your feline companion, I have a variety of cat toys, sunny spots, and window ledges in my home for them to enjoy. I can provide cat treats or Churu with your permission. For those cats just looking for pets and companionship, I would love to snuggle and give scratches.

I love animals so much that I made it my career! As an Animal Sciences graduate with 12 years of experience in Veterinary Medicine, 3 years of fostering rescues, and 5 years of raising farm animals, you can trust that I have seen it all. My expertise includes medical management, basic training for puppies, senior care, and working with shy or high energy puppers. I have experience with a wide variety of breeds and personalities which means your pet will receive the individualized care they deserve. During our time your pet will be treated like a member of the family: walks, time outside in my half acre fenced yard, snuggles on the couch, playing with toys, or maybe a trip to the local dog park and to get a pup cup. I work 15min from home and can create my own schedule. If I have to go into work or leave the house, I have comfy dog beds, toys, and peanut butter Kongs to keep your fur baby cozy and happy until I return. If your pet prefers to be kenneled, I can provide a small or large kennel. Pet cameras are also installed in the house to give you the extra peace of mind that your dog is monitored even when I am away. *I am also available for livestock, pocket pets, avian or exotic animal care. Danielle has cared for my pets many times. From my very timid dog to my geriatric pets that were on multiple medications, I knew they were in great hands. Everytime I came home they were all happy and healthy. Danielle would send me daily updates and pictures and was even comfortable medicating my pets for me.
Danielle has regularly overnight and long term watched my high energy huskies across 8 years. You can tell that she genuinely cares for and enjoys pets of all kinds.
