First time using Rover, but after meeting Danielle, concerns for Mitten were eased. Danielle was prompt, attentive to my concerns (as Mitten is a senior dog). She even sent pictures to ease my mind and allowed me to enjoy my time away. Great experience. Thank you Danielle.
