I’ll preface my review by saying that Danielle was very accommodating with my last minute request to board our pet. We had just moved to the area that same week and unfortunately had to fly back to our hometown for a funeral. Our dog was also just getting settled from the move when we had to board him, so I can only imagine that he was stressed. When we picked him up, he had on a totally different harness than what we brought him in and had a big scar on his nose that was not there when we dropped him off. The answer I got was that his harness was accidentally left on while in the kennel and he chewed it off and that he had flipped his bowls and bed so much it rubbed his nose raw. To me, if he has the time to chew through his harness and rub his nose raw, he’s not being checked on enough. My dog has been boarded and gone to daycare plenty of times and this has never happened. The only time I heard from the boarder was when I checked in to ask how he was doing, and neither instance was mentioned in the updates. His toy was also lost which sucked because it was his favorite but one of the boarders did offer to replace it. I didn’t take him up on it. We probably won’t be returning.

We will continue to take Enzo to Danielle every time we have to go out of town. He always has a good time and they take good care of him.
