Availability
Over the summer I work one part time job so I should have availability for visiting them either morning or evening or both. Sometimes I will have daytime availability as well. I enjoy a semi active lifestyle, so I would be very open to getting outdoors with your pet too! During the school year I work 2 jobs, so my flexibility may be a little more limited come fall, but I should still have some availability. Happy to try to work things out with scheduling!

When I have lived with pets, I do like to provide them with lots of love and make sure I can balance my schedule to at least spend a little time with them each day. I make sure they are able to get outside and exercise if they and their owners wish.
Information Danielle H. would like to know about your pet
I think my most important thing to know ahead of time is their friendliness level/comfort with strangers. I do not want to put myself or animal into a situation where one of us is very frightened of the other if I come in for care, and I do not want to get hurt. Another thing I would like to know is how they do on walks if I’m taking them outside. I would like to know details about how they react to seeing other dogs, seeing other humans, and if they are strong pullers. Again, I just want to keep everyone involved safe.
A typical day
Definitely take them on walks if their owner would like! I would also be happy to play with them inside or outside in a yard or park too! I would be happy to play with them and their toys!

Pet care experience
I’ve gotten a lot of practice in dog sitting with 2 different roommates I lived with who had dogs, whether it only be an overnight of caring for them or an entire trip’s worth time. And I really bonded with both dogs! I just love animals in general too and am looking forward to caring for more furry friends now that I don’t live with one anymore!
