My goal is always to keep your pet calm, safe, and genuinely comfortable in my care. I’m highly reliable and detail oriented, providing consistent updates with photos so you always know how your pet is doing. I also prioritize safety at every level, from using proper walking equipment to maintaining secure, well managed environments.

Danielle was great with my pups! Our little girl is very shy with strangers but she took to Danielle, it was sweet to watch. Thanks for taking care of my pups!

Danielle is a lovely smart energetic woman! She loves animals, especially dogs and has a life time of living and caring for them. I think she would be a fantastic choice for your Rover caregiver.

Danielle is my daughter and growing up as a child we raised Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in our home. We had three letters of puppies in our home and she was always very loving, attentive, and helpful with them. We also had two cats who she cared for and she has always had a love for animals. Several neighborhood families had her care for their animals in their home. During my Rover experience, she has helped out a number of times with many of the dogs that I watch. She is an excellent care giver, with animals and respects and loves them. very much.

Calendar and availability

Schedule

I work from home, which allows me to provide consistent, attentive care throughout the day. Pet care naturally fits into my routine, as I already prioritize multiple daily walks and outdoor activity. Morning, afternoon, and evening walks are part of my lifestyle, so your pet will receive regular exercise, attention, and structure, not just occasional check-ins.

Safety, trust & environment

I maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle, which supports my reliability, consistency, and attention to detail. Animals have been a constant in my life for over 30 years, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I bring a calm, intelligent, and positive energy into every interaction. Pets tend to gravitate toward me, and I’m able to create a sense of ease and trust very quickly.

A typical day

A typical day is structured but relaxed, centered around keeping your pet engaged, comfortable, and well cared for. Mornings usually start with a walk or some outdoor time to burn energy and set a calm tone for the day. Throughout the day, I incorporate play, enrichment, and attention, whether that’s interactive toys, light training reinforcement, or just quality one on one time. Since I work from home, your pet will have consistent presence and supervision, not long stretches alone. Afternoons often include another walk or activity, depending on your pet’s energy level. Evenings are more relaxed, with time to unwind, settle in, and maintain a calm environment. Fun activities are always tailored to the pet. For high energy dogs, that might mean longer walks, or play sessions. For more relaxed pets, it could be slower walks, enrichment toys, or just lounging together with attention and affection. My goal is to match their pace while keeping them mentally and physically fulfilled.

Before caring for any pet, I like to understand their routine, temperament, and any specific needs. This includes feeding schedules, exercise preferences, medical considerations, and any known triggers or anxieties. I also like to know how they interact with other dogs, people, and environments, so I can create a safe and comfortable experience tailored to them. The more I know upfront, the more seamless and stress free their care will be.
