Vet Tech Ready to Spoil Your Pet

I have roughly 26 years of experience as a veterinary technician and pet-care provider. I love all species of animals and am dedicated to treating them as if they were my own. Due to my experience as a veterinary technician, I am skilled in administering medications, injections, and performing a variety of other medical treatments. I also do nail trims, ear cleanings, anal gland expressions, and baths. In addition, I also care for birds, rodents, reptiles, and other exotics. If you have any questions, feel free to inquire! My suggested prices are not set in stone. This is a detail I generally prefer to work out with each individual client, because everyone has their own unique situation.

Danielle loved my pup like her own. She has veterinary experience which gave me peace of mind. We absolutely adore her and as long as she's available we will be using her.

Danielle has been pet sitting for me for about 11 years. I have a large, black Lab; a Quaker parrot; and a cat. I don't worry much about the parrot or the cat, because they're very low maintenance. However, my Lab, Jax, has some storm anxiety issues and needs a bit of special care and attention. I, unfortunately, am disabled, so it's impossible for me to walk such a big, strong dog. When she pet sits for me, and even a couple times a week when we're home, Danielle takes him for long walks around the neighborhood. I trust her in my home and with my animals. She has actually become one of my best friends and is the first person I call if I have any concerns about my pets.

I have know Danielle for over 20 years now, and even when we were 13 years old, I knew that she was destined to work with animals. She's always had a house full of pets including dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, turtles, gerbils, hamsters, and even tarantulas and a scorpion. I can't count how many times she has come across injured animals (ducks, cats, possums, lizards, doves) and nursed them back to health. It has always amazed me; the unique bond she has with every living thing that she comes into contact with. Danielle is the one I call when there's something wrong with my 2 dogs or 4 cats, and she'll drop everything to come over and see what's going on. I can assure you that, if you hire Danielle to care for your pet, they'll get the best care possible. She'll fall in love with them immediately and will treat them as if they were her own. After so many years of helping me with my pets, she actually refers to them as her pets, too! LOL.

All breeds are welcome! As a veterinary technician, I am familiar with most dog breeds. Before sitting for the dog, I would simply like to know if they have any health conditions or special needs. I would like to be informed about what a typical day is like for them (i.e. their sleeping schedule, feeding schedule, treats schedule, walking/outside time schedule, play schedule, etc.)
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
