I believe that matching the energy of the animal, and allowing them to vibe with you in what’s their space is incredibly important. Whether we’re just feeding and leaving to a full walk and play visit, their routine and treatment should be aligned with their norm. I love detailed instructions about specific commands, particular treats, or the walking trail they like the best to customize the attention to the utmost.

Expectations and fundamentals (where they’re things are, any feeding requests, etc) are needed. Special requests, needs, favorites and command specifics are always appreciated. As much info as possible allows me to create the best interaction and experience for the dog but I’m comfortable finding our own vibe as needed.
A typical day
I love to provide as much enrichment as possible whether that’s a play time walk with a ball or frisbee, a sniff walk, a play date with another dog friend or a casual stroll. I enjoy walking around the Twin Lakes area but also enjoy various hiking areas or other dog friendly trails.

Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of all sorts of pets and animals since I was little, from hedgehogs to rescued bull snakes to dogs, cats and hamsters. I’ve done walks and play visits to full house-sitting for neighbors, friends and family. From feeding and playing to grooming, training, and even medicating I’m comfortable in many realms of excellent animal care and attention. I’ve worked with a trainer extensively with my current dog as well, and feel comfortable upholding training expectations in other households.
