Safety, trust & environment
I follow your lead to maintain your pets routine and adapt as needed based on their temperament and comfort. Walks, car rides and an adventure full of treats and rewards for good behavior. Or simply a visit, a snuggle and some food and fresh water while you’re out for long hours.
Information Danielle D. would like to know about your pet
If your animal has any special needs or behavioral traits that I need to be aware of, please let me know. For example if your pups don’t love being around other dogs, I can keep them in their comfortable space. If they do like adventures like car rides, we can go to the store or the dog park together. Additionally any special needs or age specific details are also helpful.
A typical day
For the pups: walks, belly rubs, adventures and tail wags! I typically like to walk at least a half hour (adjusted as needed based on age, abilities, etc…) to ensure good physical activity and potty breaks. Then I can feed or brush/wipe paws and give some treats and snuggles. For cats: a good toy and some stimulation. If your cat loves to be brushed I can also give them some brushing. Beyond the activity and cleaning, I can also administer medication or follow any particular routine needs your pet may have.

Pet care experience
As a dedicated dog and cat owner, I truly understand the trust you place in a sitter. I frequently care for pets of friends and family, including high-energy breeds and shy or nervous animals. I adapt my approach to ensure all our furry friends—whether they need a relaxed lap-sit, an extra-long run, or quiet patience—feel safe, happy, and well-cared for, giving owners total peace of mind.

Reviews

Danielle watched our very active 2 year-old dog. I have never left Clover for an entire day and was worried she would be bonkers when we got back. Clover had obviously been well cared for because she was content the whole evening. Danielle came twice and walked her and played with her. She was very conscientious and a great communicator! We will definitely be using her again!

Danielle was very easy to communicate with, which made me feel that my cat was in good hands. She treated my home with care, and sent some cute photos of my cat, too!
Danielle looked after both of my dogs while I was away at a week long retreat and she gave me such peace of mind. Her updates as well as response time was really assuring to a dog parent who doesn’t always do well leaving the babies behind! I came home to relaxed and well cared for pups - they made a new friend and so did I!
