Dog lovers, love walks & play time
My husband and I have both owned dogs all our lives and find them to be a very important part of a family. We currently have an adopted pit bull mix named Maizie who we adore and volunteer for the organization Pitties Love Peace. We also house sit for our parents and neighbors when needed. We are very loving of all breeds and sizes as long as they are good with other dogs and kids and look forward to spending time with your pet when you are not able to. Both of our schedules are flexible, and I work from home Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If your dog enjoys walks, I would love to take them during the day or afternoon to burn off some energy. We also have a large open yard to run and play in during the day (on a lead) and enjoy lots of cuddles and belly rubs at night.

We are dog lovers, we have one pitbull mix, who is higher energy, but gets along with all dogs. Dogs are not allowed to sleep in our bed, but they are allowed on the furniture. We can also put them in a crate if that is what you prefer.

Danielle came to where I was staying at in Elizabethtown KOA. She made 3 trips, I was able to enjoy my day without being worried.
Dani, Alex, and their dog Maizie accepted my 2 French bulldogs into their family immediately! I had no worries about their ability to care for both my elderly Vincent (who needed two kinds of medication) and my irrepressible Lily (a true diva). They sent many photos during my short trip, and seemed to understand my fur babies instinctively. I am truly grateful for their care! Vincent was ready to stay with them forever, which I selfishly could not allow. A million thanks and my highest possible recommendation!
Alex and Danielle were good with our pup. They were always on schedule and took our dog for walks, played with him and sent pictures and messages about each visit. I will look forward to having them again for sitting with our pup.
Danielle, Alex and Maize were a perfect match for my dog Viola! Dog parents can be apprehensive when leaving their pup at a new spot but I felt completely comfortable leaving Viola with this family. Danielle and Alex both met myself and my dog and were mindful of giving her some time to get adjusted before introducing their own dog. They kept me updated with lots of photos that showed cuddling and playtime which alleviated any anxiety I had about being away. They were kind to take Viola on a walk which was great stimulation that she enjoyed. A very responsible couple who have always had dogs as part of their lives and were in tune with the behavior between two new canine friends. Would absolutely rebook!
This was our first time using Rover. We were extremely happy with the service Danielle provided. She was so nice and very prompt for all her visits. She sent pictures which helped us know our boy was in good hands. Would definitely use her services again!

Schedule
I work from home Monday, Wednesday and Friday. My husband’s schedule is fairly flexible. We’re usually available on weekends and most holidays. I keep our calendar up to date.

- I would like to know if there are any routines, habits, or medications that need to be administered ahead of time. Your dog also needs to be kid friendly. We have a two year-old and a five-year-old who are dog lovers but we do make them respect the dogs boundaries.
