I’m an active, outgoing person with a lifelong love of animals! I have years of experience caring for both dogs and cats, including volunteering at a local animal shelter walking and socializing dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I currently have a 12-year-old chocolate lab and two cats. My senior cat has diabetes, so I regularly check his blood sugar and administer insulin twice daily. I’m very comfortable caring for cats with medical needs as well as energetic young ones—my second cat is a 2-year-old rescue who loves walks, playtime, and cuddles. As a registered nurse, I bring a calm, patient, and attentive approach to pet care. I treat every animal like one of my patients, with love, safety, and respect. Whether your pet is a high-energy pup or a senior who needs a gentler pace, I’ll tailor our time together to their needs. I know how hard it can be to be away from your furry family member, so I always send detailed updates and plenty of pictures to keep you connected.

Danielle consistently gives excellent care to our kitty, who is very sensitive to change and gets stressed easily. This was a weekend trip and we were trying out less frequent visits, which made us a bit nervous. Danielle gave her lots of attention and sent reassuring photos and detailed messages so we knew our kitty was doing well.
We were thrilled to have Danielle look after our kitty again. She is conscientious, pays attention to detail, communicates thoroughly and frequently, and keeps our sensitive kitty happy and well-cared-for while we are away. We don't worry for a second!

I work from home, so I have plenty of time to give your pet exercise, attention, and extra love while you’re at work or running errands. I enjoy making sure pets feel happy, safe, and well-cared for throughout the day.

Currently, I am only able to care for pets in their own homes. I offer drop-in visits, house visits, and long walks, and I will be respectful of your space while making sure your pet is happy, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away.

A typical day includes exploring new trails or enjoying walks on local paths, playing fetch or engaging in gentle play, and making sure your pet gets the right balance of activity, rest, and care. I’m experienced with senior and medical pets, so I adjust activities and pacing to meet their needs while keeping them happy and comfortable.
