I truly appreciate Daniella stepping in on such short notice to care for my dogs. She was attentive, caring, and made me feel at ease during a stressful situation. My dogs seemed to genuinely love her, and it was clear she spent quality time playing with them and keeping them active. Most importantly, I felt they were safe and well cared for in her hands, which meant so much to me. I’m very grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her to others.

I've previously had Daniella watch Odin without any issues, but I was disappointed last time. She was unresponsive to many of our messages and didn't share any updates during the stay, including the fact that Odin was sick.

Daniella is amazing! She is so good to our doggos and sends lots of updates and photos. We love how she loves our girls and we keep rebooking her!

Another great experience with Dani and Ali! We've got a week stay planned soon and I have no doubt that my boy will be well taken care of. Love the snuggle pics!

Where do I start… this is a brief synopsis. Dani showed up 30 min past the original start time, even though I asked if we could adjust times to earlier. That didn’t bother me much. I left many detailed notes- feeding instructions/times, potty break schedules, house instructions, harness/walking instructions, etc. Including they need to go out every 3-4 hours. The second night she left for over 5 hours, missing feeding time window by 1.5-2.5 hours. So one of my dogs peed on the carpet, which he has never done before because we stick to the routine. Now I have to have my carpets shampooed. After that happened she informed me she was also planning to leave the next night, skipping dinner and messing up the routine again. I wrote in one of the notes there was a camera in the master bedroom, where the dogs stay when someone leaves and the dogs chill during the day sometimes. She was staying in the guest room on the opposite side of the house and the camera only sees into the master bedroom. There is an L shaped hallway so it’s impossible to see outside the master bedroom. She tried to say that he peed because he was excited she was back, but I looked at the camera and told her he was pacing and howling while peeing about an hour before she got back. She obviously didn’t read that part of the instructions/notes either because she freaked out about the camera asking if it was recording audio too then closed the master door. Which concerned me, a lot. She also turned the AC down 9 degrees than what I set it at so it ran basically all day! It runs for 12 hours max when I am home it ran for over 21 hours each day! I have to pay that bill, I have fans everywhere and a pool for use. When I turned it back up, still 2 degrees cooler than when I am home, and locked the settings she basically told me she would either tell Rover to get a new sitter or take them to her house After all that, I wouldn’t trust her so I asked her to leave 47 hours into what was supposed to be a 5 night stay. My dogs are generally happy just to be alive and anyone can snap a picture of them looking happy. They weren’t lost thankfully, but I would think twice about assuming any instructions are read or followed. I’ll never use Rover again because of this horrible experience.

Daniella is fabulous and we will definitely have her dog sit for us again! She is kind, punctual and has great communication skills. We were impressed with how tidy our home was upon return. Jerry really likes her and gives her two paws up! It’s a real blessing to know your dog is in safe hands! He’s a big boy who is strong and Daniella can handle him! Thanks a million Daniella!
