When we booked we were told by daniella she had 1 dog and kids which was fine. We told her our dog doesn't get on always with other dogs she said that's fine as they can be separated. When we got there we found out she had 2 dogs but it was too late to arrange anything else as was going away following morning. When in Turkey we got a message saying her son let her dog out and attacked our dog leaving him with bite mark to ear and leg, we then got told his neck was swollen she took him to the vets and was told our dog needed antibiotics which daniella didn't have any money to pay for the consultation or medication so he didn't get the treatment he needed. This was very poor care. It left our holiday ruined as we didn't know fully how he was and caused us stress while in Turkey as we couldn't do anything. Luckily he was OK when we collected him but wasn't quite right for a day or so afterwards. She is a single mother with a 4 year old and 1 year old and 2 dogs and is looking after other dogs, I don't recommend this especially when we were told she only had 1 dog not 2 on booking. When we dropped our dog off my mum was trying to explain to me daniella dukes routine and she had a puppy constantly barking and kids making noise so too much noise when trying to explain. Treats were not given every night and after tea like explained and written information was sent too. Won't be booking her again.

I used this company, which assigns individual sitters, and unfortunately had a bad experience. My dog came back with fleas, which clearly indicates a lack of hygiene and proper care. While I understand that sitters are independent, the company should be vetting and monitoring them more closely. Very disappointed and won’t be booking again.
