I would love to learn anything I can that might help you and your pet feel better.
A typical day
When I check on your pet, we can walk, play, play fetch, give hugs, give belly rubs, go for a walk on their favorite route, and have fun! We can go for a brisk walk around the neighborhood or to their favorite park. If I have an hour, I like to bring dogs to the State Historic Park - its so pretty and gives them a chance to enjoy the sights and smells :)

Pet care experience
I really enjoy caring for 🐕🦺dogs🦮, 🐈cats🐈⬛, and any pet❣️ I can visit with them, take them for a walk, feed them, and offer them much needed attention. Our pets bring us so much joy and in spending time with them, I hope to also return to them that same joy. I have worked as a mobile vet tech and have cared for a variety of pets all of my life. My visit/walk schedule is before and after work (M-F, 5a-8am and 6-9pm), and I’m free anytime on most weekends or holidays. (Please note that I am away and not available July 16-18, 25 and Sept 11-14, 2026). Feel free to contact me if you would like me to double check any availability. If interested, here is a bit of information about me and why I visit with pets... Well, in April of 2022, when I opened an account on Rover, it was after checking-in-on neighbor pets, while pet-parents were away, during the pandemic. At that time, my children also began driving. So, I had newly-discovered free time and no longer needed to participate in the usual school drop-off and pick-up. Also, I continue to visit pets located only in downtown as I have lived and worked there since the mid 1990's. Also, when I first moved to downtown, I had a lot in common with other downtowners. Many needed to visit their loved ones during the holidays, and they also had a difficult time finding trusted help to visit with their downtown-fur-baby-loved ones. I feel comfortable with the area, traffic, parking, and all things downtown 😊(of course parking suggestions are always greatly appreciated & wi-fi for 50+ photo upload is also greatly appreciated) Some of my best memories are in downtown. I’m so glad we found Daniele to take care of our two cats while we were away. From the very beginning she was very communicative and flexible. The meet and greet went very well, and she was really attentive to the boys, and taking notes as I showed her around. While we were gone she took excellent care of them during her drop ins, and made sure to send tons of photos which we really appreciated. We even had to extend her visits by a day due to a flight change and she was very understanding and flexible. Coming home, everything was spotless and odorless, she really took care of everything. So so grateful and will definitely be reaching out to her first every time, and so should you.
Daniele took wonderful care of my cats and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I really appreciated the updates, and I came home to two happy, well-cared-for cats. I’d absolutely book with her again!
Daniele was so conscientious and communicative! She sent lots of photos so I could see that my kitties were being taken care of. I really appreciate her and would highly recommend.
Daniele has been so great with our cats and so flexible over the last week - we have been dealing with a family emergency that required us to extend our trip and she was able to extend her visits when we needed it most. She is a great communicator, and she goes above and beyond to make sure our cats are loved on when we are away. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter, we really feel like our cats love her.
