Daniela was very amazing! This was our first time using an online app to book boarding for our furry friend (Cash), and we were a bit nervous as usually we have used local boarding places however I reached out to Daniela and from the moment I reached out to her she put our minds at ease and made everything very smooth and very pleasant. We booked our furry friends stay with her while we had some business to do out of town and upon drop off we were greeted by Daniela and her bubbly personality which really sets her apart from other boarding services. She welcomed us in to her home to let us see where our furry friend would be staying and she stayed in constant communication with us throughout his stay, even taking him on any errands she may have had to run during his stay!!! I didn’t have to ask Daniela for pictures/videos as I got multiple delivered per day showing the fun and excitement our furry friend was having with Daniela! Daniela, you truly are an amazing gem and we will be using you in the future for sure!
