We can’t recommend Daniela enough. Our dog Sasha is sweet but a little sensitive—she gets anxious around other dogs, is picky with food, and can get overly excited when meeting new people. So we’ve always been really cautious about who we leave her with. Finding Daniela was such a relief. She only watches one dog at a time, which is exactly what Sasha needs. No crowded homes or chaotic pack dynamics—just calm, focused attention. Daniela lives in the Oakland Hills and takes Sasha on long walks at the regional parks nearby, and even brings her along on peaceful weekend trips to Tahoe. Honestly, Sasha goes on vacation when we can’t take her with us! Daniela’s also a nurse, and you can tell she brings that level of care to how she looks after dogs. She keeps us updated with texts and pictures, and even gives us little health and care tips when we pick Sasha up. We never feel out of the loop, and we always know Sasha is in safe, loving hands. Daniela is amazing with dogs - especially ones with special needs. My dog Davey has pretty bad anxiety, especially in cars and around other dogs, but Daniela has a really calming presence that helps him feel safe. She’s watched him multiple times now, and every time he comes back happy and relaxed. What I really appreciate is that because she’s a full-time nurse (but works from home), she only takes one or two dogs at a time. That means she’s super attentive and gives each dog the care they need. I completely trust her with Davey and would recommend her to anyone.

Schedule
I work from home full-time, so your pup will have plenty of attention throughout the day. My home features a fully fenced, dog-friendly backyard with a doggie door leading from the deck to the yard — perfect for safe outdoor access. I live on a quiet, flat cul-de-sac in the Oakland Hills, ideal for peaceful walks. I also enjoy visiting nearby parks and hiking trails, many within walking distance, for fresh air and exercise with furry friends. Please note that the daycare rate is for no more than 8 hours. Daycare for more than 8 hours will incur an additional charge.

I have a fenced backyard dog and currently I do not have any dogs or pets of my own for the time being. I live in a safe, quiet and peaceful area. I do not require dogs to be crated.
A typical day
• 🐾 Scenic Walks – Leisurely strolls around safe, dog-friendly neighborhoods or trails tailored to your dog’s energy level. • 🥾 Adventurous Hikes – For pups who love a challenge, we’ll explore local trails and get some heart-pumping exercise. • 🌲 Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku) – A calming sensory experience for your pup, soaking in the sights, sounds, and smells of nature. • 🎾 Fetch & Ball Time – Classic fun! Whether it’s at a park or your backyard, I’ll keep them active and engaged with their favorite toys. • 🧠 Brain Games – Simple enrichment games to keep your dog mentally stimulated (like treat puzzles or hide-and-seek). • 🧼 Brush & Bond – If your dog enjoys grooming, a relaxing brushing session is the perfect way to unwind together. • 💦 Splash Time – Weather permitting, water-loving dogs can enjoy sprinkler play or a dip in a dog-safe kiddie pool. • 😴 Snuggle & Chill Sessions – After all the fun, we’ll wind down with cozy cuddle time, belly rubs, and lots of love.
