Having used pet sitters in the past, we understando that booking a sitter can be stressful and confusing, particularly through a website where there are many profiles to read over and choose from. For the safety and comfort of all parties involved, we do REQUIRE a meet and greet prior to booking any new clients. We ALWAYS conduct these in a public, outdoor setting to make sure that everyone is safe. Not only is this a great opportunity to meet your pet’s potential care takers, but it also helps put a face to our profile, answer any questions or concerns you may have, and make sure that we (you, your pet & us) are all comfortable with one another and can meet each other’s expectations and needs.

As stated above, we do require meet and greets prior to booking any new clients. Every dog has different quirks & needs, and we truly believe that a thorough conversation about their temperament, behavior and level of socialization will ensure that we are a great match for one another. Any and all questions we ask are aimed at giving us the best overall picture of your pet’s personality, and will give us the information we need to make sure we give you and your fur baby a wonderful experience. This is the perfect time to get to know us and share any concerns or questions you may have.
A typical day
We currently hold both primary and secondary levels of insurance that cover all furry guests booked with us, and are bonded, Pet First Aid & CPR Certified. We are PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED and well versed in administering medications (including, but not limited to pills, suppositories, eye drops, liquids and topical treatments). For safety purposes, we do require that any injectable medication methods be shown in person.

**If you are a RETURNING client and our calendar shows us as unavailable, please shoot us a message! We may be able to accommodate you regardless of what the calendar says!** We are lifelong animal lovers, who have recently returned to the pet wellness industry after a brief hiatus. We have 10+ years of experience in working with small animals and dogs of all breeds & sizes. Our work history includes a specialization in rescuing and working to rehabilitate abused and neglected dogs. We have also volunteered at the Humane Societies in both Chicago & Milwaukee, as well as fostered adoptable pets in our home. To us, the health, love and safety of animals isn't just a personal interest, but a passion.

Daniela and Mike are the best! They know just how to make our scaredy-dog comfortable, and they always send pictures and updates so we know how things are going. Our dog LOVES when she gets to hang with them. :)
