So I got many video updates of my fur baby that eased my mind while being outside of the country but I started to notice the videos were all from behind angles and very little filmed from the front angle. I didn’t think too much of it other then wondering why my dogs coat looked dinghy and not as glossy as I dropped her off. I left detailed instructions on my dogs feeding times and portions and on the first video sent, my entire instructions were ignored by Daniela seemed to be strangely intentional to my face on camera pouring all my dogs food in something that didn’t show on her camera recording. She wouldn’t allow my dog to sleep on her water proof pad in her cages for comfort as I explained she’s a house dog who sleeps in beds normally. I got my dog back so excited to see her and her to see me at first sight. I ran like any other parent would to hug and kiss my dog only to kiss her with no warning from Daniela my dog was covered head, face and whole body and all paws in poop and if I hadn’t of noticed it as my dog was jumping up to me for kisses and asked what was all over her, It seemed Daniela would have never mentioned it to me in which is just evil and disgusting to return someone’s pet to them in this way after being paid for a service. I was also told she then had to stay caged outside in 90•heat, stating my dog out of nowhere had diarrhea and rolled around in her own poop locked in a cage all day and night when I kept telling the sitter my dog cannot sleep outside all night because she’s a house dog and doesn’t know any different. My dog was returned to me with her rib cage showing through her coat when she was a very chubby Doberman dropped off to Daniela. I doubt my dog was monitored eating anything for 8 days, since being home she has been looking to eat food every few hours which is not like her. I literally got off a plane in an uber to my house, jumped right in my vehicle and drove straight to Daniela to retrieve my pet only to have to drive her back home and take her from the car right into a bath, spending 2hrs in 90• scrubbing poop off of her causing myself much pain and suffering as I have nerve damage in both feet in which I am still trying to get the swelling down from standing 2hrs struggling with a Doberman to bathe in 90•heat. I cried the entire way driving home seeing my baby with puss running from her eyes and the side of her mouth as she was just left in a cage to lick the poop and rub it in her eyes possibly causing my dog to develop E. coli. In which will be a hardship on me to find a cure to. I think this lady in my opinion is off in the head to think she can giggle and laugh while returning my baby back to me in this abused looking state of appearance. BEWARE IF YOUR THINKING OF BOOKING THIS LADY I would NEVER recommend. I don’t even think I would use this app ever again, sorry to say. I’m so disappointed and just sad for my fur baby having to be treated less than the beauty queen she is. The sweetest Doberman I ever met and should never been treated that way.

Daniela is so amazing, she treats Rocki as her own. She sends daily video updates at least once a day. Going forward I’ll have to plan my vacations based on her availability. Thank you Daniela for taking such great care of Rocki. Until next time!

That sounds really sweet! Here’s a polished version: I can’t say enough great things about Daniela! She was absolutely excellent with Drogo. I’m so glad I found her. Drogo felt right at home—he had his little walks, and you could just see how excited he was. It was such a comfort knowing my puppy was in such good hands while I was away. 10/10 all across the board She’s amazing my Bruce was well treated!! She’s very communicative and always sending pictures and videos of your pet. We will be going on a trip December and we will rebook again.
