Important to Know About Your Pet: To give your pet the best care possible, it’s helpful to know their routine, dietary needs, medical conditions, favourite activities, and any behavioural quirks. Please also let me know how they interact with other pets and people, and anything that helps them feel safe and comfortable. The more I know, the better I can tailor their day to keep them happy, healthy, and stress-free.
A typical day
A Typical Day in My Care: I start the day making sure each pet gets a gentle wake-up, fresh water, and breakfast if needed. Walks are tailored to their energy levels – from a brisk morning stroll to a fun afternoon adventure. Between walks, I spend time playing, training, or simply giving cuddles and attention. Drop-in visits include feeding, litter changes, and lots of companionship to keep pets happy while their owners are away. Evenings are for relaxing together, a final walk for dogs, and settling everyone comfortably for the night. Throughout the day, I keep a close eye on their well being, making sure every pet feels safe, loved, and cared for.

Hi, I’m Dani, founder of Ruby Pet Services and a devoted mum of two (plus one loyal German Shepherd and one beautiful cat!). Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up surrounded by pets and farm animals, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. A few years ago, I began volunteering at a local cat rescue, which inspired me to turn my passion into a fully licensed professional pet care business. I am fully licensed, insured and DBS checked, giving clients complete peace of mind. I have completed certified training in: • First Aid for Cats & Kittens • Advanced First Aid for Dogs & Puppies • Behaviour Training Your pets are cared for with both genuine love and professional knowledge, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times. I offer dog boarding, day care, dog walking, home visits and pet sitting. Dogs in my care enjoy a structured, safe, home-from-home environment with close supervision and plenty of enrichment. My cat is kept completely separate from any dogs staying for boarding or day care, ensuring a calm and secure environment for everyone. I’m proud to already have a number of regular clients who trust me with their pets, and I’m now welcoming new customers as my business continues to grow. Reliable, compassionate and truly animal-focused, I treat every pet as if they were my own, with patience, understanding and plenty of cuddles.
