Dog lover with lots of free time!
My family got their first dog while I was in high school and I have been caring for dogs ever since! I’ve cared for friends dogs in the past and now I have one of my own who is just the sweetest gal. I’d love to eventually get a second dog but for now caring for others seems like the perfect alternative. I do have a preference for smaller breeds but am open to bigger dogs as long as they can be gentle with smaller dogs.

Daniela was extremely accommodating and so kind throughout the whole stay. She sent lots of pictures and videos without us even having to ask, which was such a nice touch. She did a great job, was wonderful to communicate with, and it was clear she really cares. 10/10 recommend.

Schedule
I am currently hybrid at a very flexible job and typically go into the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. When I go into the office I go in later in the mornings and spend about 1.5 -2 hrs there. The max time I’ll spend at the office at one point is 3 hours but this is not the norm. Other than that time I spend the majority of my time at home and am able to give your pup all my attention and snuggles.

Safety, trust & environment
My apartment building has a fenced in dog park where I can take your pup to for potty breaks and safe outside playtime. I also have a balcony with a grass patch for any early morning or late night potty breaks. Pet safety is my number one priority so when I’m not home both mine & your pup would be kept in different rooms with cameras watching them to make sure no one is in distress. I’m also open to doing meet and greets at my place before your pet’s stay with me so that you’ll be able to see what type of environment your pet would be in and how our pups interact with each other. My dog is a 1 year old dachshund who just loves other dogs and would make sure your dog feels right at home!

A typical day
During the week my job is pretty flexible so we will have lots of time for morning & afternoon walks around the neighborhood, I am also able to take frequent breaks for playtime and snuggles on the couch. On the weekends I love doing dog friendly activities but make sure there is plenty of downtime at home especially in the summer with the Texas heat.
