Your Dog's Best Friend!
I, absolutely, adore animals! I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, and kids! Maybe this is what prompted me to become a teacher... Fortunately, I have had the opportunity to home multiple rescued dogs and love them until the very end. I have about 15+ years of watching my pets as well as others' under my belt. I have experience with puppies, disabled pets, administering medication, active dogs as well as senior dogs. I currently do not have any animals or children so all of my attention would be on your pet! This is something that comes so easy to me as I am an avid lover of animals.

Schedule
I have a very flexible schedule and am available seven days a week, including weekends and overnight stays. I’m happy to accommodate daytime visits, walks, drop-ins, and sleepovers based on your pet’s normal routine. I also have reliable transportation, which allows me to travel to clients’ homes easily and be flexible with scheduling. Whether your pet needs a quick visit, extended care, or an overnight stay, I’m happy to work with you to make sure they receive consistent, dependable care.

I live in a pet-friendly complex with a beautiful courtyard that provides a great outdoor space for walks and potty breaks. While I do have a balcony, pets are never given access to it while in my care, and the door remains securely locked at all times. Inside my home, pets are welcome to get comfortable and make themselves at home—including on the couch! I understand that accidents can happen, especially when pets are adjusting to a new environment, and I’m always patient and understanding. For overnight stays, I do ask that you bring your pet’s bed or another familiar sleeping item to help them feel comfortable. They will never be expected to sleep alone and are more than welcome to sleep in my room with me. I’ve found that staying nearby can help ease nerves and make being away from home a little less stressful. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m completely comfortable with indoor cameras and understand how important it is to feel confident about who is caring for both your pet and your home. I will always treat your home with the same care and respect that I give my own. Above all, my goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, loved, and at home while they’re in my care.
A typical day
On a typical day, your pet and I will enjoy plenty of walks, fresh air, and opportunities to explore new places together! With your permission, they can also socialize and interact with the friendly dogs who live in my building. When it’s time to slow down, I’ll make sure they have a cozy, comfortable place to nap and relax. We’ll spend plenty of time playing with their favorite toys and keeping their routine as familiar as possible. I’ve also cared for dogs who absolutely love watching TV, so if that’s something your pet enjoys at home, I’m more than happy to put on their favorite shows or programs and let them relax and watch! I love learning the little things that make each pet happy and incorporating them into our day. I also know how important it is to feel connected to your pet while you’re apart, so you’ll never have to wonder how they’re doing. I’m happy to provide as many photos, videos, and updates throughout the day as you’d like—without you ever having to ask. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel completely comfortable while they’re in my care.
