Timely and reliable, even cleaned up when my dog had a small accident at time. Would highly recommend and plan to book again next time I travel!

I do not recommend Dani as a pet sitter. I hired her to stay overnight with my dog while I was on vacation. Instead, she left my dog alone overnight for all eight nights that I was away, despite overnight care being what I had booked. When I returned home, I found dried fecal matter in multiple rooms of the house and an anxious, distressed dog. Because of what happened, I had to involve Rover's Trust & Safety team, and after reviewing the situation, they issued me a refund. If you're looking for someone who will follow the care instructions and provide the service you specifically booked, I would not recommend Dani.

I think Daniela would make an exceptional pet caregiver and I cannot recommend her enough for this job. She is incredibly responsible in all aspects of life, and has had experience taking care of both cats and dogs of different ages and with various needs. I have seen her first hand take very good care and offer lots of love and affection to her own cat, Phoebe, who was taken from a shelter at a fairly young age and was quite timid and wary of people at first. Under Daniela’s diligent care and unwavering love, Phoebe grew up to be an incredibly affectionate and well-mannered cat, learning to trust humans around her and consider the world around her a loving and safe place. I believe that Daniela’s kind and empathetic disposition towards all animals makes her a great candidate for pet sitting, as she seems to know how to find a common ground with any animal she meets, which is not something I have seen in most people I meet and know. She is caring and attentive to any pet that she encounters (including mine and my roommate’s cat, Maxine, who is known to have a bit of an attitude towards strangers), and has been a great and reliable help in looking after her friends’ pets (including Maxine, who immediately accepted her and warmed up to Daniela after the first day they met). No matter what instructions she was given about the specifics of caring for a given pet, she always fulfilled them and offered unconditional love to cats and dogs of our mutual friends when they were out of town. Again, I cannot recommend her enough for this job and have no doubt that she will give love and take good care of animals she meets.
